SoFi is currently growing their user base at nearly 50% per year while making 40% more revenue every year, and they are experiencing this explosive growth while improving their profit margins. Despite this, the stock price has been trading below their Book Value – meaning the market was massively undervaluing this company’s potential – until recently. In the past month, SoFi’s stock price has risen a crazy 90%, and it has the potential to go even higher.
SoFi is now poised to begin taking customers from the 500 million legacy bank accounts. Their services like the SoFi App, SoFi credit card, Galileo Technology Platform, and their lending business all combine into the SoFi Productivity Loop, where each new product makes their existing products more valuable. SoFi has also reached the point where they are variable profitable for services, meaning each new customer from here on out will make SoFi more money than before.
