It uses the original Electrodynamix song. I used a piano cover of Electrodynamix 2 for this video. Now to the level itself. I have to say this is a pretty weird mix of styles. First we have quite simple Izhar style, then we go to some nice futuristic design style at 0:23, and then at the end we have some really creative and original mix between art and design from 0:37. It’s hard to see why it is called “Electrodynamix 2”, besides a few first parts and that it uses Electrodynamix as song. This whole mix of styles make it somewhat hard for me to like a lot. It feels inconsistent in quality. But the gameplay is pretty consistent and easy Demon gameplay, although it might get 9 stars if RobTop ain’t feeling generous.
👉 Overall coin rating: Silver. 2/4. This is overall a very weak Silver rating. They are overall decent, requiring some search and effort to get. The first coin is a bit worse.
– 1st coin: Bronze. A harder route at 0:10, in the Swingcopter part. It’s obviously harder than the normal route, but I’m pretty much giving Bronze to any coin that is just a “tighter” route in a vehicle like ship, ufo or wave. No originality whatsoever. Easy to make. Not too hard to get.
– 2nd coin: Silver. This was pretty hard to find for me, but it turns out you just gotta drop down at 0:16. Obviously, it’s basically a free path to the alternate route, but it’s not that obvious. Because of the mirror portal (which is extinct at this point) and the transition, it gets harder than it looks. You can clearly tell that Izhar (or whoever of the other collaborators who made it) put effort into this alternate route. It’s not original, and in the end it is just a harder route, but it requires more effort to get (& find) than the first.
– 3rd coin: Silver. Excuse me if I’m wrong, but I think you get this coin by holding after using the blue orb at 0:41 and then skipping the orange orb, leading you to an invisible teleportal. The coin is unlocked at 0:51. The whole concept of holding in after the blue orb to skip over orbs is pretty nice for a coin, and this one’s particularly hard to find. The clue to where it is, is the blue energy pack.
