Warren Buffett says if you invested 10k in index funds in 1942… you’d now have 51 million dollars. And that you can still replicate this today… Many people argue that Index Funds are the only way to make money in the stock market… that everything else is either luck or manipulation.

Let’s build up excitement… the markets are in trouble and people don’t know where to invest
But is it true? Or is this a lie to get the average investor to prop up the economy?

Right now, the markets are bleeding… so I wanted to see if Index Funds are really as powerful as some economists say. Because if Index Funds mirror the markets’ performance… then choosing a basket means choosing an index or a sector in the bleeding economy.

So the real question is… which sectors can theoretically make you rich during a recession?

Recession
Index Funds
ETFs
Investing 2022
Market Crash

  1. I've been considering buying ETFs/SCHD stocks for retirement, I have set asides $100k but somewhere along the line, I get cold feet maybe because I'm a rookie and have no idea what I'm doing, please I could really use some guideline

  2. My broker says that this ETF Shares Global Clean Energy UCITS ETF USD (Dist) is a leveraged one… But if I do the research nothing like that is mentioned.. WTF?

  3. bit of a flaw in your research as the "Vanguard Global Value Factor UCITS ETF" was already liquidated in 2021 :/

  4. You never sell till you retire… you can never time the market. Buy the dip yes, but never wait and be greedy for huge dips. You are just missing out on gains if it goes up

  5. I will forever be indebted to you, you’ve changed my whole life I’ll continue to preach about your name for the world to hear you’ve saved me from a huge financial debt with just little investment thanks so much Brian Harding Dawahare

  6. Great video☺️. I started watching your videos last year as a beginner before giving stock market a trial. I was able to make $17,300 in one month with a capital of $4,000 trading with an experience expert who guided me through out my trading.

  7. If I'm ever in this situation I'll just deny knowing any info whatsoever. If they ask what compelled me to enter a position I'll let them know I'm a degen and I'll go into a bunch of other random positions at the same time to throw them off.

  8. I want to buy S&P but I only have $150 a pay day to invest. I have TD ameritrade and you have to buy a whole share.

  9. Is investing a good amount of money into the Vangaurd whole stock ETF right now a good idea?? Asking for a friend haha.

  10. You won’t get rich in 2022 with index funds, but you will be incredibly wealthy 20 years from 2022 with consistent investment in them… Sure buy individual stocks and crypto after a crash, but all other times buy the index
